Sara worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer prior to becoming a Physical Therapist in 2004. She has a tremendous amount of experience with sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries. In 2014, she obtained her Doctorate of Manual Therapy from Ola Grimsby Institute and did her dissertation on femoral acetabular impingement (FAI). She is certified in trigger point dry needling, cupping, and also has her certification in women’s health pelvic floor physical therapy. She takes pride in finding the root cause of her patient’s pain and enjoys helping them return to their lifestyle painfree. She spent the majority of her career working in an outpatient orthopedic private practice in the Kansas City area for over 18 years. She has most recently been in the Nashville,TN area, but has decided to return to her Missouri roots to open up her own practice, and is excited to serve this community.
